Happy Ohana Dog Training LLC provides dog training information and services on Oahu, Hawaii, including board-and-train, puppy foundations, behavior modification, and handling preparation. Service availability, suitability, pricing, scheduling, and program details may vary by dog, household, and training goals.

Submitting a message, calling, or attending a consultation does not guarantee acceptance into a training program. We may decline or refer a case when we believe another professional is a better fit.

Client Agreement and Waiver

Training services may require a signed client agreement, waiver, intake form, or other written documents before services begin. If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls for the specific services covered by that agreement.

No Guarantees

Dog training outcomes depend on many factors, including the dog’s history, health, temperament, environment, owner consistency, and ongoing practice after training. We do not guarantee a specific result, timeline, behavior outcome, or permanent behavior change.

Owner Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your dog, including health conditions, medications, bite history, behavior concerns, vaccination status, and any safety risks. You are also responsible for following handling, management, homework, and safety instructions provided during or after training.

Health, Safety, and Veterinary Care

We are not veterinarians and do not provide veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a licensed veterinarian for health, pain, medication, diet, or medical behavior concerns. In an emergency, contact a veterinarian or emergency veterinary clinic immediately.

Dogs are animals and may act unpredictably. You understand that dog training and handling can involve risks, including scratches, bites, falls, property damage, illness, or injury to dogs or people.

Payments, Cancellations, and Scheduling

Payment terms, deposits, cancellation policies, refunds, rescheduling rules, and package details will be provided during booking or in the client agreement. Appointments and program spots are subject to availability.
